Any website has many buttons to but not all can work such effectively as call-to-action buttons (CTAs). They are like attractive actors on your page and get more attention than others. A CTA most often refers to the use of words or phrases that can be incorporated into sales scripts, advertising messages or web pages that encourage consumers to take prompt action.

Strong Fallow Area is the second stage where their look is moving.
Weak Fallow Area. Users do not pay much attention on written information in this area of the page.
Terminal Area If users do not attention on written text in this area it could be a perfect place to insert your call-to-action button.
This diagram it is not all you should pay attention on. Location of CTAs is individual because it depend on design of your whole page, content, location of other buttons, type of CTAs, goal you want to achieve and how your webpage looks on differents devices.
